In this case, following the discussions with the exhibitor, the desired exhibition area, the sketch of the stand and the equipment to be exhibited will be initially established. The contract will include in addition to the standard data and details on the 3D modeling of the stand and related costs. An advance of 50% of the value of the contract will be paid upon its signing.

Exhibitors can register for the fair by filling in the registration form below which contains the data of the company and the contact person. After registration, they will mention the people who will participate with the avatar in the exhibition, the equipment that will be exhibited and will fill in a technical data sheet that will include 3D sketches of the equipment to be presented, choosing the type of stand they opt for. The exhibitor will be considered registered after the advance invoice is issued and he will confirm the payment.
